As many people know, A Chick-Fil-A is finally coming to Franklin this year. The new Chick-fil-A has been under construction for almost a year, with construction starting in early 2025. The location is said to open in early February of 2026 on N Morton St, Franklin, Indiana.
With people saying, “I’m excited to eat there after waiting a year.” and “I have been waiting for a Chick-fil-A to come to Franklin for a long time.” Seeing these reactions, we can safely say that the new Chick-fil-A will be a welcome addition to Franklin and its community, but there are still some people who might think otherwise.
Although people are excited about the new fast food chain, some people still have concerns regarding traffic, specifically students and staff at FCHS, with many of them expressing concern over the already bad traffic after school near Mijer, where Chick-fil-A will be located with people saying this “I love the idea of a Chick-fil-A in franklin but I dont think that the heavy trafic willl be worth it.” and other people saying “I wish they moved it down the road, the traffic is already bad enough.” Its very apparent that Chick-fil-A might have some downsides regarding traffic, but only time will tell how Franklin will receive this new fast food chain.
